All sessions are on a sliding scale, to align your medical needs with your finances, because I know that most ailments need more than one session. You decide what you can afford. There is a 3% charge for credit card payments. You can pay with cash or checks. All payments are due at time of service.

For your FIRST APPOINTMENT: Please choose from the top options “First Consultation & Acupuncture” of the menu. Sliding scale (40$-60$). Please arrive 15 min. before your scheduled appointment to fill out paper work and give us enough time to go over your health history and needs.

FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS: please choose from the Follow-Up options or choose “Cupping/ Guasha Only” choice. Please be in your chosen seat or on your table at the scheduled time to allow me to serve you best. If your chosen time is not available, please add yourself to the waitlist (below the menu), to get notified of any openings.

If you need to CANCEL: go to “make an appointment” on the webpage, sign in (top of page). This leads you to you managing account. Click “cancel” next to appointment you wish to cancel. Cancelation fee within the 24hr period are charged with $30.

Chinese Medicine

Aracely is a Licensed Acupuncturist ( L.Ac, Lic# AC 13762) and holds a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine Degree earned at AIMC Berkeley. She has been studying Chinese medicine since 1995 in Germany, China, Japan and the US and has worked in her own Chinese medicine practice in Berlin for ten years. She worked in acupuncture clinics in India, Nepal and Honduras before opening Community Acupuncture Ukiah in 2010. Her techniques are blending both Traditional Chinese and Japanese treatment styles. A licensed naturopath in Germany, she is also trained in functional medicine as well as European natural healing modalities.

Adam Kurzfeld grew up in the Ukiah area, where he was immersed from an early age in both natural medicine and the natural world. This lifelong connection to holistic healing led him to study a wide range of therapeutic disciplines, including yoga, Ayurveda, massage, shiatsu, craniosacral therapy, and transformational bodywork. Adam is a graduate of Yo San University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where he earned his Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. In his practice, he strives to offer each patient a compassionate and attentive presence. He weaves together his diverse background in healing modalities with a solid foundation in western medical knowledge, including the interpretation of lab work, to create treatment plans thoughtfully tailored to each individual.

He is committed to creating a nourishing, calming experience that supports the nervous system in dropping into deep states of healing—rooted in the understanding that the body is the true healer and his role is to support its innate wisdom. Adam works with a broad spectrum of health concerns, including mental-emotional wellbeing, digestive issues, fertility, menopause, perimenopause and pre and postnatal care.
